  1. I bought a yoga mat 2 months before but procrastinated exercise, and finally got on the mat today! I never thought that 20mins of easy yoga would feel this good, and I hope I keep doing it in the future. Just imagine how better my quality of life would be if I do it every day!! I am also trying to read more as well❤

When we were threading the needle…the sinus area cleared very quickly and almost magically! Headache gone…Perfect! Thank You Adrienne! Hope that you are well!💙

  4. quick question! when doing the twist (bow and arrow and then thread the needle move), should my hips remain parallel to the ground?? they naturally want to open up to whichever side i’m reaching up to the sky with but i’m not sure if that’s the intended shape
