The cheap one is the regular size and the expensive one is the super size thats why the expensive one absorbed more liquid because its littrely made to absorb more liquid than the regular size.

It’s not necessarily cheap they are just for different flows which is the amount of period blood you loose during your cycle so if you have a heavy flow you use bigger or more absorbent tampons and pads and if you have a light flow you only need regular tampons and pads
