Self Pop Your Upper Back in Seconds #Shorts

Dr. Rowe shows an exercise that may end in a satisfying self pop, crack, release (whatever you want to call it 🙂) in your upper back.

This thoracic extension exercise can be done daily in bed, requires no special equipment, and offers a deep stretch that may help improve flexibility and rounded back posture.

Let us know how it works for you!
