🛍️ 1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only on selected products that are marked as returnable on the product page.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- In its original condition with tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Returned within 7 to 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Products like custom-stitched items, sale items, or accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
🔁 2. Return Process
- Email us at tarinifashionofficial@gmail.com within 7–10 days of receiving your order.
- Mention your Order ID, product name, and reason for return.
- Our support team will confirm the eligibility and share the return instructions.
- Once approved, you can ship the product back to our return address.
Note: Return shipping charges may apply depending on the product category and location.
💸 3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Shipping and COD handling charges are non-refundable.
🔄 4. Exchanges
- We currently support size exchanges on selected apparel items, depending on availability.
- Exchange requests must also be made within 7–10 days of delivery.
🚫 5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-stitched or altered products.
- Products purchased during clearance sales or festive discounts.
- Sarees, dupattas, and jewelry (for hygiene reasons).
📦 6. Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at tarinifashionofficial@gmail.com with clear photos. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund as per the situation.
