Use an exfoliating glove and exfoliate and use perfume on pulse points including your neck,wrist,the back of your knee and buy a hair perfume made for hair. That makes you smell amazing 24/7. I get a lot of compliments of how I smell. Wash your hair with a scalp massager it’s a game changer put shampoo and actually let it absorb same with hair mask,conditioner and more hair products you use in the shower let it absorb for about 3 minutes. For long nails add Vaseline on the cuticles not the nail it self then after 10 minutes wash it off and + points if you use vitamins for nails or gummy vitamins for nails. For glowing skin if you have acne or pimples dont add makeup around or near it and drink lots of water and eat some greens and some junk food but not a lot then your gonna break out even more so that’s all my tips if you tried these and it worked please leave a comment in my replies!

For my hair I use tre semme conditioner and sunsilk shampoo!</3 for my skincare, I use sunscreen,lotion and face wash!! I use CeraVe… And for unexpected pimples or acne, I use like this ointment Clobevate, it's so good I swear and I usually eat fruits for breakfast since I don't have a lot of time for school… For smelling good I usually put on a body lotion (I put on like a cinnamon one) then I put on roller perfume and normal perfume! Then I mix the perfume and Vaseline and put it on my pulse points. For my makeup I use concealer, foundation, mascara,blush and lip gloss:)

my best glow up tip is to shower everyday probably because I shower everyday and that doesn't mean wash your hair everyday because that can actually be bad for your hair but I'm saying get in the shower get the energy to get in the shower while you have the energy and don't wash your hair everyday wash your hair about every other day and use body wash or body scrub while you're in the shower and then hop out and wash your hair tomorrow then from the shower you should pick out a cute outfit while you still have the energy and you're not all slumped over in the morning like you will be, take vitamins for your skin your hair and your nails (if the appropriate age) and definitely start to try and do your full skin care routine daily this will help so much more with personal hygiene and also you need to dump all those toxic friends signs of toxic friends are being your friend off and on treating you not like they treat their other friends or just ignoring you at random times and so much more! dumping all of those fake people will give you a boost and it may seem mean because you're not being your friend anymore but make sure you state why you're not being their friend and if you've always felt like they were being a fake friend then they probably are a fake friend go with your gut! ❤
