  1. Yes, let's all of us who are over-60 start tucking our blouses in! 😂😂😂😂😂 That will definitely make us look younger and more attractive – right?! 😂😂😂😂

  2. Well, we know she's a liar when she says wear only natural fabrics because, 'they age 'beautifully' – like you!' How many humans 'age beautifully'? I don't know any. This is just blatant, 'charm', that the deluded swallow whole and the realist ignores.

  3. Periwinkle looks lovely on all skin tones. Head to toe shades in one color looks so classy. Not breaking up at the waist in different colors if we are rounder there works better.

  4. As much as I own and love cotton and linen, I’m not that crazy about silk, but I do buy a lot of Chicos clothing and it’s very well-made. I don’t buy the busy patterns but a lot of their blouses are kind of a silky satiny feel and are made of 100% polyester. this is a high-end brand compared to cheap polyester. Blouses you would get that were Chinese made from a discount store. I don’t feel hot in them and they seem to drape absolutely beautiful.

  5. I remember watching Trinny and Susannah, they tended to be rather patronising and show women up, they half assed a lot of the clients. They put a women who loved sexy outfits in beige and you could see how uneasy she was – you knew those outfits would end in the bin. A great contrast to Queer eye, who treated people with dignity and really listened to their clients and followed their personalities …

  6. It’s pointless to have bras fitted. Not one bra is the same size as the label to the next bra – never. I got a bra fitted in a bra party and the bra that was ordered was the most expensive bra and the worst fit I had.

  7. The best bra I've ever worn is the Defy Bra by Evelyn ad Bobbie. Time and time again I replace my well worn ones with new ones. Finally a bra that I'm not dying to tear off my body when I get home from work. Another line of clothing I'm now wearing is Miik which is a sustainable, Canadian, women-run clothing brand.

  8. I understand completely the idea of tucking in the blouse I'm 77 years old there's no way I could ever talk in the blouse. I know you're not talking about women my age although back in my day I was a close horse and I could wear anything to the best of my advantage and I was very lucky I had a perfect shape and a perfect way. Until I was 64 years old and got cancer. Ever since then no matter what I do nothing brings back the ability to wear clothes the way that I used to. I wish that we had stores like we used to in my day like Macy's, Nordstrom's, filens, well you could go in and the staff and the women's department knew what they were talking about. Today no one knows what you're talking about. So you just do what you want to hide because if you can't look at yourself in the mirror how could you ever expect anybody else to

  9. Like most of your tips, but please talk about wearing your shirt untucked. I am a plus size. 1x or so. 95% casual wear. A tucked shirt looks bad. I live in Texas so rarely layer. A belt over a shirt makes me look heavier and doesn’t stay in place, so I always wear untucked fashions.

  10. Just curious, why do you bother to look at this if you’re happy in your style and just want to be comfortable, regardless of what’s fashionable? Just seems like a waste of valuable time, to me.

  11. OK- I know this video is about tops, but I totally cringe/shudder when I see women over 50 in ripped jeans, as shown in some of the photos. Just, NO, never, really…never. Totally hideous.

  12. Wear the proper size (in your unders as well), then wear whatever makes you happy. There are no mistakes, only personal preferences. If you are happy in your clothes and feel you look good, you look fantastic. And I gotta love how some of the photos and examples are on women not even over 50 and how all them are slim models.

  13. It’s nice that she’s sharing ideas to help you rethink your way of dressing. The problem is her photos sometimes look very dated at the very moment she’s saying to be up to date. In short, is there anybody else who thinks she’s got good ideas with spotty execution of illustrating them?

  14. With a 38 inch waist and an otherwise "normal" sized body, there is no way I would wear a belt (I tried)!
Half tuck can work sometimes and fortunately I can sew and alter pieces to fit.

  15. I live in jeans, boots and sweaters or tees..I am a rancher, I don't have time for all this, or the money; I will just have to take my chances on making mistakes.Another good thing about getting older is you just do the best with what you have and carry on in life..

  16. This is just a suggestion for us all to look the same. Might as well all wear universal uniforms. Colour is happy and expressive. These clothes are too safe and boring. Our choice in clothing expresses our individualism. Be brave and confident in your clothes ladies.

  17. yeah im nearly 80 and because I continue to do yoga..squats and stretches I can wear anything…ps I really don't like being told what to wear, I'm sure you mean well but age outrageously if you want to enjoy life!!.

  18. Enjoyed this video and learned a few tips. I do love really good quality clothes the fabric feels good, washes well annd looks great to the end of its life, and I also like my tops loose and large a bit boho too. I expect my things to do at least 10 years of hard work for me then I clear them out, even then it’s hard to do. My clothes then only cost pennies per wear so good investments
