    now my hubby is going through it too, some times i do not know what to do or say to him, I cant even pull my self up how can I support him.

  5. I love this video so much!! The thing I struggle with the most is not starting my day on my phone. My reasoning is that it helps me wake up and not fall asleep but at the same time, it doesn’t really help my mental state to be doing that first thing in the morning and often I either end up comparing myself, feeling unproductive, or overwhelmed by how much I haven’t done. Any tips for this? It’s a real struggle and I’d love a video about it from a therapist ❀️
