Dear CEO & Board of Directors,
I am writing to escalate a very disappointing and unresolved issue regarding my prepaid order (worth ₹2700), placed on 20th August 2025 through the Digitek official website. The product was promised to be delivered by 25th August, but despite waiting patiently until today (10th September 2025), I have neither received the product nor my refund.
Key Timeline of Events:
• 20th Aug: Order placed (Prepaid).
• 25th Aug: Committed delivery date missed.
• 31st Aug: Customer care assured that if not delivered by 1st Sept, refund would be processed immediately.
• 2nd Sept – 10th Sept: No delivery, no cancellation, no refund. Instead, I was repeatedly denied a refund and asked to wait further.
This situation is unacceptable for a company of Digitek’s reputation. Holding a consumer’s money without delivering the product and denying a refund is not only unethical but also a violation of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
👉 I request your urgent intervention to:
1. Cancel my order immediately.
2. Process a full refund of ₹2700 within 3 working days.
If my issue is not resolved on priority, I will be forced to file an official complaint with the Consumer Forum (NCDRC) and escalate this matter publicly. Please treat this as my final escalation.
I trusted Digitek as a brand, but this entire experience has left me feeling helpless and misled. I sincerely hope the leadership team will uphold customer trust and resolve this matter swiftly.
