  1. I keep myself positive and sometimes people don't reciprocate and even they insult and belittle me. Im not countering them for whatever they did to me because i never want to be like them, i just keep trying to be kind even though im not in a good shape myself. I don't know all this stuff and other stuff most of stuff is new to me i think because i have almost 0 social skills, im just hoping that by being kind infect others to become kind too i just pray that kindness prevails i don't mind being a martyr.

  2. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you," known as the Golden Rule, is primarily found in Matthew 7:12 and Luke 6:31. Jesus stated this principle sums up the "Law and the Prophets," encouraging proactive kindness, love, and treating others with the same respect and care one desires for themselves.

It is deeply connected to the Great Commandment to "love your neighbor as yourself". Following the Golden Rule is considered the practical way to live out that love, thereby fulfilling the intent of the entire moral law. God bless! 😀🙏✝️

  3. This is psychologically absolut bullshit. If you were bullied your entire life one of the only ways of gaining that self confidence back is by other people’s approval. This isn’t a new concept. This reality. You can gain self confidence and self reflection through philosophy and knowledge. Not by not doing anything and just hoping one day you will change.

  4. Following through builds confidence & deepens self-trust. Each step reinforces a strong, positive self-image. By keeping my promises to myself, I prove that I am capable, resilient, & trustworthy. Every accomplishment, no matter how small, deserves recognition. Honoring progress boosts motivation & strengthens the sense of achievement. Each morning is an invitation to reset your journey. Your future is still unwritten, a blank canvas full of possibility. Embrace the day as a fresh start & give yourself permission to pursue what inspires you. With every sunrise comes a new chance to begin again, to welcome fresh paths with hope, clarity, & joy. Every moment is an opportunity to improve ourselves & move forward. Each choice we make can strengthen resilience, deepen self-understanding, & guide us toward growth.

  5. What do you do if your brain says all these difficult things you have done that were difficult before you did them like climbing mountains, sailing boats, crossing deserts, making money…are not that difficult so you continue to lack self esteem and try to find more difficult things to do hoping that one day it will be enough. One day you will deserve to be happy. One day you won’t push others away in anticipation that you only have enough to give them a happy memory, not a happy year, not a happy life
