Everything else can be kept for as long as it lasts. What could possibly go wrong with an eyeliner pencil that could cause you any harm? It's a colored wax encased in either wood or plastic. Neither of items are harmful to humans. Hang on to your makeup girls! Don't let some trillion dollar company that's 99%of the time owned and operated by men.
Your eyeliner application is perfect. HOW??? My skin folds at my outer edges of my eyes ruins everything about eyeliner.
I was told this by a makeup artist at Ulta. She says "We pluck a chicken. We TWEEZE our brows." That made sense. She also said, "Your brows are sisters but they're NOT twins. Another great tip.
