H&M have beautiful ice blue sweaters and that butter yellow sweater too, and they’re only $25 in the US. They are soft and beautiful.
We all love that soft buttery yellow color, but it seems the stores rarely stock much of it, which is a real shame since that color is multi-seasonal – truly close to a neutral, yet with such a happy vibe. ☀☀☀

In my little slice of the world (US east coast), I have not seen anyone actually wearing a sweater tied over the shoulder. In high school way back in the 1960s we did that, but inevitably it would get in the way or slide off!

Welcome back Gemma. Praying for your continued good health. Can you do a Spring capsule wardrobe? I need ideas as i have transitioned from corporate work to working from home. I'm trying not to buy a new wardrobe as my old corporate uniform is gathering dust. I'm feeling a bit lost.
Gentle colors- perfect description that I will remember to pair with my butter yellow pants. I can’t wear yellow in my portrait zone but I struggled to find a top that compliments my skin tone and isn’t too aggressive for butter yellow pants. Love your style advice 🙏

I do like scarves to have some color relationship to the rest of the outfit, or they can look odd. I love scarves for tying together the different colors in an outfit of solid color pieces.

Every year I so look forward to spring. I live on an island off the south coast of Canada so it never really gets cold (no snow this past winter) but it is rainy and there are more grey days than sunny ones. This winter I got into dopamine dressing and it really helped my mood. 😊
