    #1 Almond oil moisturiser (1 min)
    ⭐️ I’ve been using this on my face for years💆🏻‍♀️
    👉🏻 Pure almond oil – 2 tbsp
    👉🏻 Essential oil – 2-3 drops

    1️⃣ Mix ingredients well & store

    #2 Shea butter moisturiser (15 mins)
    ⭐️ I use this on my body esp feet, it’s great for cracked heels🦶
    👉🏻 Shea butter – 1 tbsp
    👉🏻 Beeswax – 1 tbsp
    👉🏻 Almond oil – 2 tbsp
    👉🏻 Essential oil – 2-4 drops

    1️⃣Melt all the ingredients using double boiler method
    2️⃣Transfer to a bowl & keep whisking
    3️⃣Once the heat from it reduces, add in essential oils of choice. After an hour, it will harden to cream consistency.

    #3 Saffron Malai Moisturiser (1 hour+)
    ⭐️ I use this on my body and dry spots like elbow💪🏼
    👉🏻 Ghee – 2 tbsp
    👉🏻 Saffron – 6 strands
    👉🏻 Water

    1️⃣ Make homemade ghee with butter or use fresh ghee.
    2️⃣ Add it to a copper plate (best for this method, to kill bacteria, others work too). With a copper cup, keep mixing it.
    3️⃣ According to Ayurveda this is called Shata Dhauta Ghrita, and this process in done 100 times. Keep removing the water, add fresh water & repeat.
    4️⃣ Once it comes to moisturiser consistency, make a well in the cream add saffron & water. Once it turns yellow, mix it again as seen in the video & it’s ready for use.
